To achieve our Group Mission, we have established Terumo’s common identity, "Our Promise," which indicates the direction we will pursue; “Core Values,” which are the common values that associates (employees) base their behavior; and the “Code of Conduct,” which serves as the guide for associates to do the right things with the highest ethical standards. In addition to the group mission, these are put into practice in all our corporate activities as common identities within the Terumo Group
